Interakting launches new multi-lingual website for global hanger and packaging supplier Braiform

OXFORD, 28 July 2008 - Interakting™, the specialist digital agency and online marketing consultancy, has just announced the launch of global garment hanger and packaging manufacturer, Braiform's new multi-lingual corporate website following the company’s worldwide restructuring of its Plasti-form, Braitrim and Spotless Plastics garment hanger and packaging businesses. 

The new content-managed website has been designed and built by the Oxford-based Interakting team to underpin Braiform’s new branding and provides a comprehensive product catalogue making it easier for high street retailers and garment manufacturers to select the right product for their needs. It also incorporates access to eBiz, Braiform’s online order management system.

A key aspect of Braiform’s branding is to reflect the company’s global logistics operation and the new content-managed site is fully multilingual including Chinese.

The Interakting team has worked closely with its client and the creative treatment emphasises Braiform’s strong environmental credentials.

Key features of the new Braiform site include:

  • An easy-to-use low maintenance CMS platform, using EPiServer
  • Full multilingual capability – English, German, Swedish, Dutch, Chinese (traditional and simple) and Polish
  • Emphasis on company’s commitment to hanger reuse 
  • Access to Braiform’s global e-Biz logistics system

As well as delivering the new corporate identity and improved functionality for site visitors, Interakting has built the new site on the EPiServer CMS platform. EPiServer was chosen for it’s ease of implementation and use; reducing project roll-out timescales and minimising ongoing maintenance costs by allowing the Braiform team total flexibility when creating new and editing existing site content.
