Interakting™ is a rapidly-growing international interactive agency specialising in web-based business solutions and related services. It is the e-business brand of the Business & Decision Group, a global publicly-quoted business consultancy and systems integrator specialising in Business Intelligence, CRM, Enterprise Solutions and e-Business.

Interakting has offices in France, the United Kingdom and Belgium and currently employs more than 300 specialists to service and support its diverse client base which includes well-known brands such as Accor Hotels, Bridgestone, BSH, Canal +, Corus Hotels, Epson, Kraft,  Mitsubishi (Cars), Neff, Samsung, RBS, Thales and Tokio Marine.

Launched in early 2008, Interaking was created as a single unifying brand for the individual interactive, web and online agencies that operate within the Business & Decision group.

In the UK, the Interakting team has been at the forefront of e-business and interactive applications for well over a decade. The UK company was first formed in 1995 as a full-service web agency and operated as Domino Systems Limited until it was acquired by the Business & Decision Group in 2005.

Based near Oxford, the company currently employs a knowledgeable, experienced and highly motivated multi-disciplinary team of over 30 talented people. They include Microsoft Certified Developers and System Administrators, PRINCE2 Project Managers, as well as experienced designers, copywriters, business analysts, online marketing specialists and professional support staff.

The Interakting team currently delivers over 200 successful projects to a wide range of clients from a variety of sectors, including automotive, consumer, financial services, industrial and retail. It has won several awards for its work including the prestigious IM Award for B2B Commerce, New Media Age Effectiveness Award, Intel Web Developer Award and Digital Britain Award.
